Quality control
Our trained QC team follows strict quality control procedures. All raw materials are inspected before production and all finished socks undergo final-inspection including testing for consistent dyeing, tensile strength, and wearability. Of course, you can also expect us to perform pre-packaging checks to ensure that your logos and labels appear exactly as you require. Strict QC ensures that our socks toe the line --- major buyers wouldn't accept anything less, and neither should you.
Production capacity
Our sock factory is conveniently located near major transport systems. We operate a total of five assembly lines for powerful, efficient production. In fact, we produce 120,000 dozen pairs of socks monthly. That's enough capacity to meet our clients' volume requirements with room to spare. We continuously develop and update our patterns and styles to provide our customers with ever increasing selection. 3-D socks are our latest line for this season, but if they're not right for you market, don't worry --- we release 50 new designs every quarter. And if that's still not enough, we make every one of our designs available for OEM modifications and can prepare samples within 15 days.
